This study analyzed 153,000 unique patients with comorbidities and multiple medications in order to evaluate FeelBetter’s advanced and dynamic risk prediction and stratification capabilities to identify those patients in the top at-risk percentiles for hospitalization due to sub-optimal pharmaceutical management. FeelBetter was able to identify patients that will be hospitalized in the next 90 days with an accuracy rate of 40.13%. FeelBetter was able to show that for the same top at-risk patients (top 1% percentile), 87% had a meaningful change in their medication’s regimen done during the hospitalization.
